The Sacred Heart Sādhana is a 21-day journey into the temple within; a daily ritual of awakening our hearts through breath, mantra and movement. Each morning at sunrise, we meet as a living circle, attuning to the pulse of the universes heartbeat.
The Meaning of Sādhana
In Sanskrit, Sādhana means “spiritual practice” but it is far more than a ritual or routine.
It is the intimate conversation between you and the Divine within.
Every breath, mantra, or movement becomes a thread in that dialogue, a living bridge between the human and the sacred.
Sādhana is any act performed with conscious devotion. It’s not what you do, but how you do it, with love and awareness.
The Anatomy of Sādhana

Kundalini KriyāA Kriyā is a specific sequence of breath, posture, and focus designed to awaken a current of harmony.
It is an energetic prayer. When practiced with an open heart, Sādhana clears subconscious patterns and emotional stagnation, balances the nervous system and hormones, and anchors the mind in stillness and focus. It opens the heart to unconditional love and deep peace, awakening inner joy, clarity, and radiance.

21 Days of Devotion21 days mark the point where intention deepens into embodiment. At first, the body resists the change, the mind invents distractions, and the ego offers reasons to postpone what the soul is calling for. Yet each time you show up, breathing instead of rushing, meditating instead of scrolling… you teach your nervous system that harmony can live within transformation. And then, something profound shifts. What began as a practice has become a relationship, a daily act of meeting life with an open heart.

Our Sāngha TribeIn community, our practice expands beyond the self. Each breath, each mantra, each showing up sends a ripple through the shared field. In our Sādhana Sangha, we become mirrors for each other’s light, holding one another through resistance, celebrating each breakthrough, and weaving a tapestry of devotion. Together, we rise as a living mandala, returning again and again to the one heart we share.

The Alchemy of Sādhana
This path will challenge and bless you in equal measure. Some mornings will bloom with peace; others may stir old storms. Each emotion, each thought, is part of the purification, a petal falling away to reveal the heart beneath.
Let this Sādhana become the pulse of your becoming.
Evening Practice
Though the dawn holds a special magic, you may also meet your Sādhana under the moonlight. An evening practice is the art of release, a gentle unwinding before rest, a way to gather the fragments of the day and offer them back into the silence from which they came.
Morning practice ignites energy; evening practice restores it. Both are sacred doors, choose the one your heart opens to.
Be Fluid, Be Intuitive
There is no single right way to practice. If your Sādhana happens at sunrise, beautiful. If it happens at noon or twilight, perfect. If your body asks to move, move. If your soul asks for silence, be still. Let intuition be your teacher, for devotion is alive, and living things are never rigid.
Consistency of love, not form,
is what awakens transformation.
Morning Practice
Traditionally, Sādhana is practiced during the Amrit Vela, the ambrosial hours between 4 and 7am, when the veil between worlds is thin, when the Earth’s electromagnetic field is balanced, and the mind is most receptive to stillness. At that hour, the light of dawn mirrors the light of awakening within. Whether your Sādhana is fifteen minutes or an hour, it is the consistency of devotion that transforms you, not the clock.
Each morning you are reborn.
Each sunrise, a new beginning.
When you meet that light with breath and prayer, you attune yourself to the rhythm of creation itself.

This Sādhana is for anyone feeling called to reconnect with their heart, and live with more grace, presence, and purpose. No previous experience in yoga or meditation is required. Whether you’re just beginning your spiritual journey or deepening an existing one, this circle welcomes all - beginners, seekers, mothers, creatives, healers - anyone ready to come home to themselves.

Not at all. This Sādhana is accessible to all levels. Every movement and meditation will be guided clearly and gently, with variations offered. The focus is not performance, but presence.
-

You’ll need only a quiet space, a meditation cushion or bolster, and an open heart. Some participants like to light a candle or create a small altar with flowers, crystals, or symbols that inspire devotion, but this is optional. You may also bring a journal for your daily reflections.
-

Traditionally, yogic Sādhana is practiced in white clothing and with the crown covered, to reflect purity and support energetic containment. However, this is not required. You are welcome to come as you are; in your pijamas, in comfort, in authenticity. The only true requirement is your presence.
-

You’ll receive recordings of every session daily. You can practice at any time that aligns with your personal rhythm; morning, afternoon, or evening. What matters most is showing up for yourself. The energetic field we create each morning will still hold you, even if you join later in the day.
-

There’s no punishment, no perfection. This is a journey of devotion, not discipline. If you miss a day, simply return the next, with compassion, not guilt. The practice is always waiting for you, patient and forgiving.
-

Each Sādhana lasts 1 hour. You’re always welcome to stay for part of the practice if needed, even 15 minutes of intention can shift your whole day.

Dharani

Creative director, artist and alchemist.
I was already born into spirituality; my upbringing infused by the presence of Tibetan Buddhism and the living rhythm of Kundalini yoga. My lullabies were mantras; my mornings, Sādhana in the garden.
Sādhana has been my compass, a lifelong practice of remembrance. Each morning I sit in devotion, I return home to inner peace, to a heart that forever remembers how to breathe open.
This 21-day Sacred Heart Sādhana is an invitation to greet each dawn in devotion, 21 chances to remember that every heart, when it wakes, becomes a light for all. If your soul feels a yes stirring inside, come join me, I await you with an open heart.
