Therefor online sessions are similar to in-person activations. Some people are better at relaxing and receiving energy in a group, while others are more comfortable at home.
Beginners may need more virtual sessions to activate than they would in person.
It is recommended to refrain from eating and drinking coffee 2 hours before the session. If you must eat, please something light like fruit.

Make sure you have a computer or tablet with good internet connection.
The computer/tablet camera must be positioned in such a way that it focuses on the whole body, from head to toe. It is essential to have the camera connected for security reasons.
It is recommended to use headphones for better sound quality.
It helps to enter the process to wear an eye mask.

Participation in a session is subject to your condition and should be avoided in the following cases:

- Uncontrolled cardiovascular problems (angina, heart attack, high blood pressure)
